Earlier this summer I had the opportunity to meet Kathleen and Silas and their sweet pup, Tory here in Brattleboro for their engagement session. One of my favorite things about shooting in this area is that you can go from downtown to open fields in less than 10 minutes. So when a couple can’t decide if they want an urban or natural setting for their session… hey! they can have both.
These guys are getting married at The Hermitage Inn (one of my favorite wedding venues in Southern Vermont) next year and I can already tell we’re going to have a great time.
Here are just a few of my favorite shots from our session:
These cool cats are getting married this fall and I’m beyond excited to photograph their wedding day. Linda had the amazing idea to go blueberry picking as part of their engagement session and we ended up going to Green Mountain Orchards in Putney, Vermont which is nothing short of beautiful. Complete with beautiful wildflower fields, rows of fruit trees, and mountain views. Everything you could ever want to see and do in Vermont in one place.
If you couldn’t tell by this set, Linda and Andy are pretty photogenic. In my opinion, though, what really shines through in their photos most is their fun, carefree personalities and how much they truly adore each other.
Hey You! Thanks for stopping by and welcome to my blog. I'm a fine art wedding photographer based out of a very small town in beautiful Vermont. In this blog you'll find my latest work, news and, every so often, some personal musings and updates.
